La Manifestazione inizierà dal pomeriggio di Sabato 30 Giugno, con Qualifiche e Manche finali in notturna, grazie all’impianto di illuminazione del circuito sportivo di Carpi. Venerdi 29 Giugno sono previsti Turni di prove Libere per tutti coloro che desidereranno provare il circuito carpigiano. L’impianto è dotato dei servizi di ospitalità in grado di ben accogliere tutti Partecipanti della importante Giornata Motoristica Internazionale . 1 )ISCRIZIONE AL TROFEO EURONATION L’Iscrizione al Trofeo EURONATION è consentita ai Conduttori di Nazionalità Italiana e Straniera con età superiore ai 15 anni compiuti, con Tessera Sportiva Annuale in corso di validità o con Tessera Giornaliera MSP – MotoSportItalia da sottoscrivere presso la segreteria di gara. Le preiscrizioni saranno valide entro il termine del 20 Giugno 2018, inviando la SCHEDA ADESIONE compilata in ogni sua parte ed il bonifico bancario di € 70,00.. c/o IBAN a : IT66X0103023300000010310170 (BIC: PASCITM1019 PER BONIFICO ESTERO ) intestato a Sport Moto Club Uisp Carpi , MPS CARPI : Le preiscrizioni inviate dopo il termine indicato saranno accettate in funzione dei posti rimasti disponibili ed è prevista una quota di adesione supplemetare di € 10,00.
2 -ABBIGLIAMENTO L’ Abbigliamento sportivo obbligatorio richiesto per la Partecipazione alla manifestazione comprende: Casco protettivo di tipo integrale motocross con mentoniera non asportabile omologato, Pettorina , Paraschiena , Pantaloni tecnici con protezioni sulle ginocchia, Guanti e Stivali protettivi da fuoristrada in buono stato d’uso. E’ consigliato l’uso del collare protettivo
3 ) NUMERI e TABELLE PORTANUMERO I Partecipanti dovranno richiedere il proprio numero di gara nella scheda di Preiscrizione tra quelli disponibili, seguendo lo schema sotto indicato. l motocicli dovranno avere numeri ben leggibili inseriti su tre tabelle portanumero ( 2 laterali e 1 frontale ) con cifre alte cm. 15 dei seguenti colori : G1 – Numeri da 200 a 299 – G2 – Numeri da 100 a 199 – G3 – Numeri da 1 a 99
– 4 ) VERIFICHE TENICHE) Ogni Conduttore regolarmente iscritto dovrà eseguire le Verifiche Tecniche generali per partecipare alla Manifestazione. Le verifiche si svolgeranno nella zona adiacente al Paddock . Tutti i motocicli iscritti dovranno rispettare le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza: Pulsante di spegnimento obbligatorio sul manubrio – Nessun cavo libero sulla moto (non fissati o attaccati ) – L’acceleratore deve funzionare e tornare liberamente – Il silenziatore è obbligatorio, 95dB massimo, esso non deve superare l’altezza del sedile o la ruota posteriore – I freni anteriori e posteriori sono obbligatori, possono essere sostituiti con modelli più efficienti – Il sistema di avviamento del motore deve essere sicuro e protetto – Tutte le parti rotanti del motore devono essere protette – I parafanghi anteriore e posteriore sono obbligatori – Le pedane devono essere retrattili o ricoperte di gomma – Le leve del freno e della frizione devono essere protette da palline alle estremità e le manopole in gomma in buone condizioni. I motocicli saranno verificati dal personale Tecnico incaricato dall’ Organizzatore, che segnalerà eventuali anomalie al Partecipante ed al Direttore di gara; nel caso di mancanza dei requisiti di sicurezza il motociclo non sarà ammesso.
5 ) CATEGORIE Le caratteristiche dei motocicli sono assegnate in base alle TRE seguenti categorie : G1 – . Se il serbatoio originale è metallico, deve essere conservato e utilizzato, carburatore max 19 millimetri. Il telaio può essere rinforzato. Sospensioni e pneumatici sono liberi .Ciclomotori omologati con telaio a “V” (peugeot 103, MBK51, Puch Maxi, Wallaroo, SPX, Garelli Vip, ecc) oppure scooter omologati con telaio ad “U”(MBK Booster, etc) – Raffreddamento ad aria o ad acqua, motore corrispondente al modello omologato: – Con frizione automatica e cambio automatico 1-2 velocita: Puch Maxi, Garelli VIP2, etc: max 80cc – Con la frizione automatica + cambio Variatore: Peugeot 103, MBK51, Wallaroo, SPX, scooter, ecc: max 75cc, – Con frizione azionata a mano e massimo 3 velocità con comando al manubrio: max 75cc – Ciclomotore Omologato con telaio chiuso, raffreddato ad aria, con frizione automatica + variatore oppure con frizione a mano e massimo 3 velocità con comando al manubrio come MTX, XP, Zundapp,..: max 50cc – Ciclomotori omologati Vintage con cambio, raffreddamento ad aria, prodotti e venduti prima del 1983, 50cc max, freni a tamburo, sospensioni doppio ammortizzatore come originale. Fantic Caballero, ecc G2 – Ciclomotore Omologato con cambio (Derbi Senda, HM CRE, ecc), modello di motore corrispondente al telaio, 50cc gruppo termico libero, carburatore max 19 millimetri. Telaio, canotto di sterzo, forcella, sospensione posteriore devono essere mantenuti originali, ma possono essere rinforzati. -Ciclomotore Omologato raffreddato ad acqua con cambio Variatore, con telaio (corrispondente al modello di motore) diverso da “V” o da scooter (vedi G1), tipo FXC, ….Il telaio può essere rinforzato. Sospensioni e pneumatici sono liberi. 50cc max G3 – Prototipi con la sola indicazione della cilindrata 2T fino a 50cc / 4T fino a 100cc
6 ) SVOLGIMENTO accesso al paddock dalle ore 18:00 alle 23:30 di venerdi 29 giugno dalle ore 9:00..di sabato 30 giugno. Per lo svolgimento dell’evento di sabato 30 giugno vedi allegato “PROGRAMMA”. Ad ogni Conduttore regolarmente iscritto sarà consegnato un bracciale colorato per il proprio turno di prove libere da mostrare al Personale incaricato per l’accesso in pista. il Programma potrà variare in funzione del numero degli iscritti, sarà approvato dal Direttore di gara, ed esposto in bacheca. Contagiri e tempi di gara sono previsti con l’ausilio di Trasponder gestiti dai cronometristi incaricati. La Partecipazione al BRIEFING indetto dal Direttore di gara è OBBLIGATORIA per tutti i Conduttori iscritti e si terrà alle ore 15:00 di sabato 30 giugno . I piloti saranno divisi in due gruppi, in base alle categorie o ad altro criterio a seconda del numero di partecipanti. Ogni gruppo correrà 2 manches di 15 ‘.La Classifica verrà redatta sommando i punti ottenuti nelle due manches per ogni categoria . Metà dei piloti, i più veloci, parteciperanno alla grande finale, i restanti alla finale di consolazione .
7 ) PRE – PARCO Il Preparco, adiacente al Paddock,e dove si preparano i gruppi di moto per l’entrata in pista. I Conduttori che devono effettuare i turni in pista , devono essere nel preparco almeno 10 minuti prima dell’inizio del turno , per consentire il regolare svolgimento della Manifestazione. A tale scopo l’ accesso al Preparco verrà chiuso nei 5 min antecedenti l’inizio del turno/manche, ed il Conduttore che non è ancora entrato non potrà partecipare. Nel PreParco avranno accesso oltre ai Conduttori anche i loro meccanici o accompagnatori solo se in possesso di Tessera MSP –MotoSportItalia. Nel PreParco non è consentito fumare, bere alcoolici, avere animali al seguito e l’accesso con calzature aperte. L’accesso al PreParco dovrà essere effettuato dai Conduttori sempre con le moto a spinta
8 )NUMERO AMMESSO CONDUTTORI PER SINGOLA MANCHE I Conduttori ammessi per ogni categoria sono da un minimo di 10 al massimo previsto dalla omologazione del circuito. In funzione del numero degli iscritti , delle condizioni meteorologiche e di altre variabili, il numero dei partenti sarà valutato dal Direttore di gara con l’Organizzatore, per ragioni di sicurezza e di svolgimento ottimale della Manifestazione.
9 )VALIDITA SPORTIVA La piena validità sportiva di una Manifestazione si ottiene al termine dei programma previsto. Per ottenere la validità del proprio risultato sportivo ogni Conduttore deve transitare sotto la bandiera a scacchi sulla linea del traguardo. La singola manche acquisisce piena validità se viene completato dal Conduttore di testa almeno il 75 % della lunghezza prevista. La singola manche interrotta con bandiera rossa sarà valida e darà diritto ad assegnazione di metà punteggio, purché il Conduttore di testa abbia completato almeno il 50% della lunghezza prevista, e verranno acquisite per la classifica le posizioni dei Conduttori rilevate al giro precedente. Per ragioni di sicurezza ed a suo insindacabile giudizio, il Direttore di gara può sospendere la Manifestazione. Il Conduttore che rallenta o si arresta potrà rientrare in pista per raggiungere il 75% dei giri previsti transitando sul traguardo per ottenere la validità del suo punteggio.
10 ) CONDOTTA GENERALE Le Manifestazioni si svolgono all’insegna dello Sport e del Divertimento e tutti i Conduttori ed i loro Accompagnatori sono tenuti a mantenere sempre una Condotta corretta e leale per garantire il regolare svolgimento e la Sicurezza di Tutti. L’Organizzatore, lo Staff tecnico ed Il Direttore di gara sono impegnati a garantire la sicurezza ed il regolare svolgimento della Manifestazione. Il Direttore di gara, a suo insindacabile giudizio, anche a seguito di segnalazioni ricevute, potrà sospendere il Conduttore che non si attiene alle regole generali di buona condotta personalmente o da parte dei suoi meccanici e/o sostenitori. Sono espressamente vietati i seguenti comportamenti: 1) Prove meccaniche sul cavalletto – 2) Cambi di Conduttore – ogni Conduttore può utilizzare esclusivamente la moto che ha superato le verifiche tecniche – 3) Sul circuito è vietato riparare la moto, riempire il serbatoio, ricevere aiuti esterni – 4) L’accesso alle varie sezioni del circuito è consentito esclusivamente alle Persone dell’Organizzazione– 5) Se il Conduttore si ferma sulla pista per noie meccaniche, deve posizionare la moto in condizioni di sicurezza ed uscire velocemente dal circuito – 6) Se un Conduttore esce dalla pista durante lo svolgimento della gara , deve rientrare nello stesso luogo dove è uscito senza tagliare il circuito, pena squalifica del 7) All’atto delle premiazioni, i premi saranno assegnati solo ai Conduttori presenti 8) Per la salvaguardia dell’Ambiente è obbligatoria la Protezione ecologica del suolo ( tappeto ) sotto ogni moto.
11 )INFORTUNI Il Conduttore che incorrendo in una caduta necessiti del soccorso medico, potrà riprendere la partecipazione alla Manifestazione solo con il consenso del medico , e ripresentandosi alle verifiche tecniche con casco, abbigliamento sportivo e moto in buono stato d’uso.
12 )RECLAMI La presentazioni di eventuali reclami dovrà avvenire entro i 30 min successivi all’ esposizione delle classifiche di ogni singola fase della Manifestazione, in forma scritta e comprensibile indirizzati al Direttore di gara e accompagnati dal versamento della quota a garanzia di € 50. Ogni reclamo può trattare un solo argomento, dovrà essere firmato dal Conduttore diretto interessato o dal Responsabile del Team e deve contenere luogo, data e ora di presentazione. Le Quote versate a garanzia saranno restituite se il reclamo risulterà giustificato. o lasciato al conducente se reclamo ingiustificato .
13 )PUNTEGGIO Il punteggio viene assegnato per la singola Manche ai Conduttori secondo il seguente schema : 1° 50pt – 2° 44pt – 3° 40pt – 4° 36pt – 5° 32pt – 6° 28pt – 7° 26pt – 8° 24pt – 9 ° 22pt – 10° 20pt – 11° 18pt – 12° 16pt

REGULATION TROPHY EURONATION MX 50 CC
GENERAL ASD MOTORCYCLES National MotoSportItalia, with the Italia MX 50CC Group, Sportmotoclubuispcarpi and Arena Cross Carpi, index for the year 2018 the Amateur Trophy in a single EURONATION MX 50CC test dedicated to 50cc displacement motorcycles. The event will start in the afternoon of Saturday 30 June, with qualifying and final heats at night, thanks to the lighting system of the sports circuit of Carpi.
On Friday 29th June free practice sessions are planned for all those wishing to try the Carpi circuit.
The area is equipped with all services to welcome all participants of the International Motoring Day.

• REGISTRATION TO THE EURONATION TROPHY
Registration to the EURONATION Trophy is allowed to partecipants of over 15 years old, with a valid annual Sports Card or with MSP – MotoSportItalia Card to be subscribed at the competition secretary. The pre-registrations will be valid by the deadline of 20 June 2018 by sending the registration FORM completed in all its parts and the bank transfer of € 70.00

The pre-registrations sent after the indicated deadline will be accepted according to the places left available and an additional membership fee of € 10.00 is required.
• CLOTHING
The mandatory sportswear required for participation is: protective helmet of integral motocross type with not removable chin guard approved , racing bib , back protector, technical trousers with knee protectors, protective gloves and off-road boots in good condition. The use of the protective collar is recommended.
• NUMBERS AND TAILOR TABLE
Participants must request their race number in the Pre-registration form among those available, following the diagram below. The motorcycles must have readable numbers placed on three tables (2 side and 1 front) with high figures cm. 15 of the following colors:
G1 – Numbers from 200 to 299 –
G2 – Numbers from 100 to 199 –
G3 – Numbers from 1 to 99 –
• TENICAL CHECKS
Each regularly registered driver must perform the General Technical Verification to participate in the Event. The checks will take place in the area adjacent to the Paddock. All the registered motorcycles must respect the following safety instructions: Mandatory switch off button on the handlebar – No free cable on the bike (not fixed or attached) – The accelerator must work and return freely – The silencer is mandatory, 95dB maximum, it must not exceed the height of the seat or the rear wheel – The front and rear brakes are mandatory, can be replaced with more efficient models – The engine starting system must be safe and secure – All rotating parts of the engine must be protected – The front and rear fender are mandatory – The footrests must be retractable or covered with rubber – The brake and clutch levers must be protected by small balls at the ends and the rubber grips must be in good condition. The motorcycles will be checked by the technical staff appointed by the Organizer, who will report any anomalies to the Participant and the Race Director; in case of lack of safety requirements, the motorcycle will not be admitted.
• CATEGORIES
The characteristics of the motorcycles are assigned according to the THREE following categories:
G1 -. If the original tank is metallic, it must be stored and used, carburetor max 19mm. The frame can be reinforced. Suspensions and tires are free. Homologated motorcycles with “V” frame (peugeot 103, MBK51, Puch Maxi, Wallaroo, SPX, Garelli Vip, etc.) or homologated U-frame scooter (MBK Booster, etc) – air or water, engine corresponding to the approved model:
– With automatic clutch and automatic 1-2 speed gearbox: Puch Maxi, Garelli VIP2, etc: max 80cc
– With automatic clutch + Variator gearbox: Peugeot 103, MBK51, Wallaroo, SPX, scooter, etc.: max 75cc,
– With hand-operated clutch and maximum 3 speeds with handlebar control: max 75cc
– Homologated moped with closed frame, air cooled, with automatic clutch + variator or
with hand clutch and maximum 3 speeds with handlebar control like MTX, XP, Zundapp, ..: max 50cc
– Vintage homologated mopeds with gearbox, air cooled, produced and sold before 1983,
50cc max, drum brakes, double shock suspension as original. Fantic Caballero, etc.
G2 – Homologated moped with gearbox (Derbi Senda, HM CRE, etc.), engine model G3 – Prototypes with the only indication of the displacement 2T up to 50cc / 4T up to 100cc
• CONDUCT OF THE EVENT
Access to the paddock from 18:00 to 23:30 on Friday 29th June and from 9.00am .. on Saturday 30th June.
For the event of Saturday 30th June see the attached “PROGRAM”.
A colored bracelet will be delivered to each registered Driver for his / her free practice session to be shown to the Personnel responsible for access to the track.
The Program may change according to the number of members: in that case it will be approved by the Race Director and displayed on the bulletin board. Tachometers and race times are provided with the help of transponders managed by the appointed timekeepers. The Participation in the BRIEFING called by the Race Director is MANDATORY for all registered Drivers and it will take place at 15:00 on Saturday 30th June.
The pilots will be divided into two groups, according to the categories or other criteria depending on the number of participants. Each group will run 2 manches of 15 ‘.
The ranking will be compiled by adding the points obtained in the two manches for each category. Half of the riders, the fastest, will participate in the main event; the others will partecipate to the final consolation.
• PRE – PARK
All Drivers will meet in the Pre-Park, adjacent to the Paddock, 10 minutes before the start of the turn/manche on the track. The access to the Pre-Park will be closed within 5 minutes before the start of the round/free practice/qualifying manche and the Driver who has not yet entered will no longer be able to participate.
In the Pre-park, in addition to the Drivers, their mechanics or carers will have access only if they have a MSP Card -MotoSportItalia. In the Pre-Park it is not allowed to smoke, drink alchool, to have pets and access with open shoes. Access to the Pre-Park must be carried out by the Conductors always with the push bikes.
8) NUMBER OF AMOUNTS OF CONDUCTORS FOR SINGLE MISSING The Drivers admitted for each category are from a minimum of 10 to the maximum required by the homologation of the circuit. Depending on the number of members, weather conditions and other variables, the number of participants will be evaluated by the Director of the competition with the Organizer, for safety reasons and optimal performance of the event.
9) SPORTS VALIDITY The full sporting validity of a Manifestation is obtained at the end of the scheduled program. To obtain the validity of your sporting result every Driver must pass under the checkered flag on the finish line. The single run acquires full validity if at least 75% of the expected length is completed by the Leading conductor.
The single round interrupted by a red flag will be valid and will give the right to a half score, provided that the Leading Lead completes at least 50% of the expected length, and the positions of the Drivers found on the previous lap will be acquired for the classification. For security reasons and at its sole discretion, the Race Director may suspend the Event. The driver who slows down or stops will be able to return to the track to reach 75% of the laps provided by passing on the finish line to get the validity of his sports score.
10) GENERAL CONDUCT The Events are held in the name of Sport and Entertainment and all Drivers and their partners are required to always maintain a correct and fair conduct to ensure the smooth running and safety of all.
The Organizer, the Technical Staff and the Race Director are committed to ensuring the safety and smooth running of the Event. The Race Director, at his sole discretion, also following reports received, may suspend the Driver who does not comply with the general rules of good conduct either personally or by his mechanics and/or supporters.
The following behaviors are expressly forbidden:
1) Mechanical tests on the stand; 2) Change of Conductor – each Conductor can only use the motorcycle that has passed the technical checks; 3) On the circuit it is forbidden to repair the bike, fill the tank , receive external help; 4) Access to the various sections of the circuit is allowed exclusively to the Organization Staff;
5) If the Driver stops on the track due to mechanical problems, he must position the motorcycle safely and exit the circuit quickly 6) If a Driver leaves the runway during the race, he must return to the same place where he left without cutting the circuit, under penalty of disqualification
7) At the awards ceremony, the prizes will be awarded only to Drivers present
8) To protect the environment it is mandatory the ecological protection of the carpet floor under each motorcycle.
11) INJURY
The Driver who, during a fall needs the madical aid, can resume partecipation at the event only with the approval of the doctor and after returning to the technical checks with helmet, sportswear and motorbikes in good condition.
12) COMPLAINTS
The presentation of any complaints must take place within 30 minutes following the presentation of the rankings for each individual stage of the event and they must be presented in written and comprehensible form, addressed to the race director and accompanied by the payment of a guarantee fee of 50 Euros.
Each complaint can only deal with one topic, it must be signed by the interested rider or by the team leader and it must contain date and time of presentation.
The guarantee fee will be returned if the complaint is justified and left to the driver if it is unjustified.
13) SCORING
The score is assigned for the single Manche to the Conductors according to the following scheme:

14) AWARDS
The Nations Prize will go to the Country that will have obtained the highest score by adding the points of his 3 fastest drivers in the final. The first 3 Riders of the categories: G1, G2, G3, Little final and Main final will be awarded.
Participation Prize to all the conductors; It will consist of typical local products.
We will spend a nice moment with all the riders after the races.
Arena Cross Carpi will liven up the evening with music and Bar-Pizzeria open until late.
